To ensure we provide timely and efficient care for all patients, please review our appointment policies below.
Cancellation & No-Show Fees
- No-Show Fee: $50
- Cancellation with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: $50
- Saturday No-Show Fee: $100
- Saturday Cancellation (Less Than 24 Hours): $75
Saturday Appointment Policy
A credit card on file is required for ALL Saturday appointments.
Late Arrival Policy
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may be required to reschedule.
Minor Patient Policy
- First Visit:
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - Subsequent Visits:
If someone other than the parent or legal guardian accompanies the minor:- Written authorization from the parent/legal guardian is required.
- The accompanying individual must present a valid ID at the time of the appointment.
